When will my order ship? Please allow 10-15 days. 


When will my credit card be charged? Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. 


Will I receive a copy of a credit card receipt? Yes. You will receive an email confirmation of your order. Enclosed on the order confirmation will be the amount charged to your credit card.


Can I return my order for a credit? All Sales are final. Clothing can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date if they are damaged or we shipped the wrong item/items. 


What are the guidelines for returning an item? If the item is damaged in any way or we shipped the wrong size, color or gender contact Zebra Marketing at 866-296-8880 and we will issue a call tag to have the item(s) picked-up. Upon inspection, we will then ship out a replacement item at no charge. 


What are my online payment options? We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Can you ship to a post office box?  Yes, packages can be delivered to post office boxes.
